Agriculture is the economic strength of the Hungarian economy. According to report from Hungary’s central statistical office, in recent years, the production of wheat and potatoes is also higher than the previous year. Until November 2020, the amount of wheat in Hungary was purchased 2.7%, more than the same period in 2019. The quality of Hungarian agricultural products is gaining more trust and gaining its position in the world market. Although Hungary is still in Covid-19 pandemic, Hungary’s goal from now on is to focus on increasing agricultural quantity, ensuring that the products supplied still retain the inherent high quality; as well as continuing to ensure food safety for their consumers is always a priority.
